check your zone settings IP, that error usually means you cannot connect to the map server.

When talking to this NPC, Girlau, he should be a mission guard for sando. you only get a cutscene with Ailbeche from another quest.

Mission 5-1, Sand'Oria does not accept. You will get the custscene in the castle, but when you go back to the gate guard, you are simply pushed back to castle to watch the same scene over again.

Confirm you have unlocked the mission correctly, did you see a cut-scene when you entered Fei'Yin

Confirmed working, Crystals only, clusters do not.

kj, the do not take the crystals, or even acknoledge them. No error on the console either. I have only been doing this in Sando right now. This is for the Linux version. I should also mention, you can talk to the TK gate guards and they do the regular speech. Although, I haven' t been able to trade ...

Gate Guards should accept crystal to raise rank points.
I cannot accomplish this within any of the Sandoria areas.

I have not tested bastok or windy areas.

I can say this issues exists, cannot cross the bridge in port bastok.
