I don't know anything about running this on Fedora. Are your servers and FFXI client both running on the same computer with Fedora? I would try installing expansions up to WotG, then delete 1 or 2 random files from FFXI's \ROM directory. This is done so when you update again through POL, Check Files...

What is your server revision #? Is your client up to date by updating through POL? Did you install all expansions up to WotG? Is C:\dsp folder up to most current revision? Are you running dspGame-server.exe that was complied after updating to most recent revision? This exe is sometimes located in yo...
