Additionally, you HAVE to talk to the warmachine and watch the CS multiple times, or you won't be able to proceed in the path.

The ??? for The Chains that Bind us won't spawn anymore.
I was able to spawn them once, had to zone them and since then the ??? won't spawn anymore.

The Storage Hole in Davoi doesn't give out the Orcish Dry Food anymore when traded the Davoi Storage Key.

There doesn't seem to be any difference between them?
When using them in-game there's no increase to the drain effect at all.
Looking at the 3 different .lua's it shows that they all do the exact same thing, except different TP costs.

/check doesn't give out any messages anymore.
Haven't tried it on other characters yet, because I r0'd, but it doesn't seem to be working on monsters anymore.

Rampage and the like is working like a charm again, but 2 handed WS still only return 1 TP. Single hit WSs that is, my drk is too low to test it with multihit WSs.

Doesn't really have to do with crit based or multi-hit WS, but it seems the TP gain of (at least single hit) 2handed weapons is bugged. My DRK keeps on getting only 1 TP returned with either GS or scythe weaponskills.

I was using KC in the offhand on both and the BST was stacked with ACC.
I tried a few Hexa Strike one handed, and they were fine. So I guess the problem comes from the KC.
Could it be the WS somehow derps out when KC is still in the middle of the attack animation?
