got it to work after running around the bridge 10 times

Cutscene in Tavnazian Safehold bridge will not trigger. (The final cutscene for this mission)

Unable to get the BCNM fights started for promyvion-holla and promyvion-mea. Dem works fine. Anyone know how to fix this?

Now I cannot enter the battle for CoP Mission Promyvion-Mea and Promyvion-Holla Promyvion-Dem is completed fine.

I'm currently playing on my own server I made. I have downloaded all the patches up to Jul 17, 2013 ones.
According to the ffxiclopedia, the cutscene is supposed to start automatically when you zone into Lower Delk. Tower, but I coouldn't get this cutscene to trigger.
