Deprecated Darkstar fourms

After successfully creating the character, when I attempt to select it to log in, it goes to the normal Gustaberg background while it 'loads' up.. The progress bar overlay just sits on "Disconnecting from Lobby Server" until eventually it gives a protocol timeout FFXI-3101. I've gone over the config...
