Logging in externaly to my server works fantastic, 23.29.5.154. Trying to connect locally results in a FFXI-3001 error. Interesting note. Users on DSL never have had 3101 login issues. Players on cable connections always get 3101 errors. Simply lowering the MTU to 1200 has solved the issue. Why? I do not know. It is. A couple can connect but the majority can not... Just hangs at acquiring data then 3101.

You can login to the forums using the accounts created via the main page. It creates an account for both the game and forums.
