Where can I edit when you are able to use the Outpost Warps? I'd like to make it so you can get it from the beginning.

Double post, but I just fixed it. Updated the list of npcs and it fixed it right up.

I'm a friend of his trying to help. He's done this a ton of times and still nothing. Restarted his computer, tried just about every client to log in, always that same problem.
