All better now. Recompiled the character tables for the db and it got rid of the conflict.

Welp, ran into a problem. After I tried to create my character and enter the world I got the 3101 error and this in the game server window.

Yeah, I did full recursive. I did the whole set-up again and everything's a-ok.

Everything was running great until I decided to edit some config files while the server was still up. That's a big no-no, right? Because now I'm getting this. I'll re-install the server tomorrow and try not to do that again.

Thanks. That's really what I thought was going on. I'm brand new to mysql and had all the config files matched up. I had to go into the SQL monitor dashboard and change it for the root user.
