I'm not sure if its the lua script itself thats wrong, or the server reading the script wrong, or if I am just an idiot. but since I changed to using the new server files. [fresh machine, fresh compile, fresh database] I am having an issue with NPCs, specifically NPCs that do anything other than say...

I got it working... just reinstalled and reupdated.. works like a charm. My ashita and all the prereqs were already installed.

Windows 7 64bit, using ashita to run ffxi-boot, it logs in successfully, and then "launches" FFXI, however, no FFXI appears, the process for pol.exe goes away and nothing happens, no error message no nothing, have this happening on 2 seperate computers, same OS both 64bit, just not sure whats wrong ...
