Huh. It's actually not saying. So I suspect it requires an update.

.....Which I do not remember how to do. Assuming I do it.
It's been a while.

My roommate and I just set up this server again (playing on the DS Test Sever), and we seem to be encountering a notable issue:
We're unable to interact with any of the NPCs or save points.
Is this a recent issue? Is anyone else encountering it? And if so, is there a known solution?

I'm experiencing this bug as well. I've run a client update via POL, and it says all files are up to date, and have downloaded and updated the Ashita launcher to try that rather than mXI, which I'd been using before. Well, I got it.
I just had to run mXI as administrator.
I'd never considered it since it was able to boot without that.

Well, I set a bugzilla thing up.

My roommate who is currently playing as the character Morandal (account name Kith) appears to have spawned on top of the sky in West Sarutabaruta after a disconnect on the test server. GM call sent, but I figured a bug report would also be in order.

Yeah, the FFXI Config was the first thing I tried.
And second.
And third.
(the different versions, just in case I was having some sort of version issue.)

Trying to get the registry up now.

It's not the in-game config menu. That does alter the resolution, but not the screen size. So my character gets squished or stretched, but I still don't accomplish what I'm going for.

I seem to be unable to change the game's resolution to fit my monitor (the desired resolution is 1920x1200). I've changed this in mXI's config, and every version of the FFXI config menu (JP, EU, and US), but I still get the square aspect ratio. Anyone had and solved this problem? Am I just overlooki...
