Running a Server off BootCamp Windows Installation

Has anyone successfully ran a server using a windows install on a Bootcamp macbook or have any idea if this is technically feasible? I simply want to do a standalone client/server on the same macbook for some testing purposes. I'd love to get back into DSP, but I don't want an absolute headache if someone can help me avoid anything potentially frustrating. Thanks DSP!
