Host server IP

Hello there,
I am trying to set the server IP in navicate for freinds to connect, before it was set to the 127.""""" but now I want to change it, problem is the "This Handy Site" (http://www.allredroster.com/iptodec.htm) is not coming up for me anymore, you know the one that does the calculation for you, well I was wondering if anyone had another site that does it for you? thank you.
