Can't find where to download navicat lite

It looks like i need to do some setup work with navicat lite and it looks like they don't distribute it anymore. I think i can use mySQL workbench but I am getting really confused how to get that done past the make a connection. Any help on a safe way to get navicat lite or a explatation into how to do it will workbench would be greatly appreciated.

You can do everything in mysql workbench that you can do in navicat. However, I find navicat is still easier.

Personally, I use HeidiSQL. Navicat is just one solution.
