Update server message

Got an odd bug, server message displays twice on login. I've done some looking around but I can't find where I'd change that message. !updateservermessage doesn't seem to work either.
What completely obvious fix am I missing this time? lol

No idea, it doesn't do that on stock!

Pretty sure you need to add 'nnameflag' to the char sql table.
I vaguely recall seeing the double message when I thought I broke GM mode (no cmds would work).

I found it elsewhere actually, and just removed the text. It continued after I added the nnameflags column.
