Help to unlock all crafting limits to 110

Hello guys, does anybody know how can i unlock all the crafting limits to 110 instead of 40 points after lv70 on my own server? Can you teach me how please, i have been searching and have no idea where to make the changes. Thank you.

The 40 point limit doesn't exist. All cap at 100.
