Drop rate values in Mob_Droplist

I am gathering all of the necessary information I need to change some drop items on rather useless HNM's for my private server & want to be able to set the drop rates. I know where the drop rate value is in the droplist & how to change everything as far as ItemID & whatnot...but I was wondering if someone could explain to me how the values work. I see numbers ranging from 10 all the way up to 1000...but I'm not entirely sure how that relates in terms of percentage. I am assuming that you move the decimal to the left one place & that is your percentage? 10 = 1% while 1000 = 100%? I am probably way off on this so if anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Awesome! Thanks for the quick response...gonna move all the salvage sets to a handful of useless HNM but didn't want them to be too easy to get.
