Lower Chocobo Digging cooldown and make changes to digging.

Does anyone know where I can find all the stats I can edit for Chocobo Digging? Is dig considered just a regular ability? A mob ability? Is there a special place for it? And is it possible to edit all the rates and factors that go into Chocobo Digging?
