Angels server free to play - Free relic upon joining

The Angels server is a new server hosted at a professional webhosting company. The server will always be up until the GM decides to close.
We seek to provide a retro experience aka 2002 when the game was hard and fun.
We are working on a website but atm. we have a facebook group named The Angels server.

This is a free FFXI server. If you look for a great online experience, lots of things to do, and lots of monsters to take on, this is the game for you. This is a new server, and its free! To all the players familiar with FFXI already, this is a new start now that the public servers soon will close down. To all new players that have not played, this is an awesome game to play, a great way to try a game that won't take only a couple weeks to master, and a way to establish connections, in game and out!

The game is sat to a pre-abyssea time when having high a lvl character actually ment something.

The content availeble is:
ROTZ
COP
TOAU
WOTG

Exp rate is sat to x 4, movement speed to +20%, widescan activated regardless of jobs and the lvl cap is 75.

Also:
@ah gives you instand Access to AH
@homepoint takes you stright back to Your HP
@signet to recive signet

Everyone who joins will get a job lvl 75, with 2 subs 37. And AF2 gear for that job, with some accessories, like belt, earrings, rings etc.

Also:
*1 lvl 100 craft of your choosing is given when you make the character.*
*1 relic of your choosing is given when you make the character.*

**All spells**

*Later when the server gets more populated, we will change this to just giving out a normal weapon, and a lvl 50 Craft but for now its a relic weapon and a lvl 100 Craft.*
**These perks are only available to people who join the server early and will be reduced or taken away as the server gets more populated**

Everyone With GM lvl 1 (you will attain this after a few weeks of playing) will be able to buy relic armours for their job by typing @and their job. For excample @whm.


To get the the 75 job, the relic and the craft please send a pm to admin aycan or liamneeson on Our forum after you made the character.

The server has a recruit award program that lets you get earn points for each person you recruit, and with those points you can buy awesome rewards in gear, weapons, mythic jobs and crafts.

They aren't closing their server's they are just done with the storyline. They are just stopping with console support.
