is there some 75 cap server where level sync is enabled for sync to any level you want?

Best server out there is Legiondark but its not 75 cap. The server is however balanced for 99 play. Server has been active over 2 years so you know its not going anywhere and has allt he content the 75 cap servers do plus a ton more.

Yes, legiondark is a great server. I just stopped and went back to my own private because my time is too limited.

Only one server to my knowledge restricts that instead of just having it on or off, and most have it on so you can sync to anybody. Restricting it is a custom hack, not a normal behavior. Anywhere else you go that won't be the case.
