Help can't make a GM account

Hello If anyone can please help me out here I would really be thankful. I'm using the Darkstar server r3308 and I cannot for the life of me figure out where and how to make my player a GM. I've used a newer revision of Darkstar and used Navicat to change the GM level of my player to 4 and that worked great but I had way to many bugs with the newer version so I decided to go older. The problem I'm having is under the Char table there is no GM level options at all. I even update the Char table to include the GM level and set it to 4 and still nothing.. thank you everyone for your time and I really hope someone can help me out soon.

We do not go by revision numbers anymore as we are on Git now and not Google Code. Be sure you have the latest git pull of the repo from here:
https://github.com/DarkstarProject/darkstar

We do not give support for older versions than what is currently on Github.
