PC's are chocobos, and other weired things happening.

Hello, I have been having some problems with my client. I have updated the game twice now and built the server a couple times in hope to fix the issue.

It seems that it only happens for me, other pc's are chocobos with their name chopped to where is it only a few letters long. Character named Ceciria was only ria and has the skin of a chocobo.
I have also had problems where any cut scene i would go into or recieve signet my name Arson, would turn into an n and also my character would turn into a chocobo when i recieved the cut scene.

I appreciate any help since im out of ideas at this point.

Things i've done.
Updated client twice,
reinstalled and updated client,
deleted db and reloaded it.

I don't see "pulled and recompiled the game server" in the list of things tried (just the database), which is what should fix that
