Hello, I've read post about hosting multiple world servers and separate zone servers with VMs.
Saw a few about the lobby server and directing clients to certain zone server I think...But I cant seem to find anything on how to host more than one server at a time with different Era's/Expansions, or using the lobby server to direct a client to said server. Or I need it explained in more laymen terms. That's the best way I know how to ask the question...
[*]Multiple external IPs required?[/u][/i]
Sorry if I have over looked this somewhere, any help is very much appreciated thank you!

it's currently not possible without having multiple copies of everything, including lobby, and hosting on multiple IP's. As far as the lobby redirecting, you can redirect to any zone server by specifying an ip in zone_settings table.

Not to say that a lobby couldn't host multiple serrvers, SE's does, but dsp is currently not coded for it.

Re: Hosting multiple servers with different era's of expansi
So there is a possibility of it being added into dsp code in the future or would that require too much time or alteration?
Sorry my understanding of code is very basic...
Thank you again for the info!
