GM Commands

First off im am glad we can have GMs and the power that comes with it, I am baffled though as to why additem and addkey item ONLY work for GMs. Ive tried with my limited knowledge to change the script to target and add items to the actual players. Seeing how some stuff isnt working correctly id like to add things to my players with these commands but the code itself is only targeting GMs. I really need help here. It is NOT an option that everyone be GMs. Can someone please help me with changing these two scripts so i can add key items and items to my players. Any and all help is greatly appreciated
