Hamachi - Gameserver trouble

I have a server working locally but I am trying to use hamachi so my brother can connect to my server. It allows him to
Make an account, login, and make a character, but when he actually tries loading into character it remains stuck on
Downloading... screen. Never allows him to fully login. I can connect and play locally but externally no one can fully
Connect. I have made sure all ports are open I have made sure I set everything up correctly everything is completed
As described. I have also tried Easy VPN and Tunngle. Both do same. Any kind of help will be well recieved.
