While playing around on a vanilla server, current revision, I noticed that a small group of 75’s seem to hit the hate ceiling pretty easy. We had a paladin tank and once the ceiling was hit hate just jumped around not matter what the PLD did. DD’s were able to take hate by simply swinging, no WS’s or JA’s used.
Is there any way to raise the ceiling or is this a bug?

I think the problem with enmity stems from the spike vs cumulative hate management system in retail. On the project here that we all know and love, spike damage seems to be implemented, while cumulative either hasnt been figured out or will be worked on at a later time.
