Unable to interact with....anything?

My roommate and I just set up this server again (playing on the DS Test Sever), and we seem to be encountering a notable issue:
We're unable to interact with any of the NPCs or save points.
Is this a recent issue? Is anyone else encountering it? And if so, is there a known solution?

Huh. It's actually not saying. So I suspect it requires an update.

.....Which I do not remember how to do. Assuming I do it.

right click folder -> svn update, then you have to redo any tables that changed (probably a lot of them) in navicat and rebuild the game server according to the wiki (in the setup instructions)

why'd you leave DS test on the broken revision :p
