depending on where it got installed to, in your path.
Use control panel >> system >> environment variables in most windows flavors to find your path to edit manually.
yes when I did mine I had to reset the path= bleh bleh bleh as on windows 8 it didnt default it for me.. after I set those to whatever directory all the tools needed were in it funtioned flawlessly...
Just keep in mind as stated above --- it WIPES all data currently on each table, this may not be important now... but cough... if you update often and you have users you could be wiping user login/character data each time if you dont remove the character/user SQLs.

just food for thought after putting my testers through hell when I first started doing it :)

yeah i'm on window 8.1 but that trick did it it's working now thank you all :D merry late Christmas and Happy New Year!
