Still having same error, this all worked til was switched to Git. Running windows server 2k12. Firewall is completely off right now, still no luck. About to remove everything including SQL and stuff, and just reinstall clean... But that SHOULDN'T fix it. Seems like a code issue in relation to how the computer is handling it. Really not sure what else to try. its on a VPS.

After remoting into his server and testing things out, the cause is from enabling the Halloween Event. The server was crashing on changeSkin on an NPC Gwill.
So the skin change table has some invalid changes in it as well as it crashing due to the skin change being an NPC. (The server hit a DBG_BREAK at the top.)
