@addquest @completequest commands

Hey guys i can't seem to get these commands working for other missions that sandoria (for example @addquest 15 adds LIZARD_SKINS)? I don't know where do i get these questids for other nations and regions? I thought they are located in globals\quests.lua? Now i noticed that for example Bastok has an index of 1, but typing @completequest 160(which would be BASTOK,AYAME_AND_KAEDE) doesn't work. Any help appreciated, thanks!

@completequest 1 60
they both take 2 arguments, separated by space
