Anyone play and host on the same linux computer?

Obviously using Wine, I can't seem to get Wings of the Goddess to install from my CD. Can I proceed without Wings? Has anyone done it even with Wings? Let me know, thanks!

YOu can play without, you still need to be fully patched. You just wont be able to get into WoTG zones.
