CoP Promy did not let me in battlefield

Went through promyvion mea and holla got key items, went through dem failed came backon a few hours later ready to kill it get it done, went through promyvion dem to Web of Recollections clicked it didnt do anything zoned out went back in, still nothing. any reason for this?
