Marks process error EU

Hi I have re downloaded ffxi 3 times now to figure out this issue. I changed all the settings to EU in all 3 launchers but I still get this error after I try and log into my account. I have system restored and everything but it is just too confusing on how to fix this now. :/ sorry to bug you guys.
