Last I checked whitemage teleports worked, I checked all 4 races and same thing happens with the teleports u can use all at level 40. The Animation shows but never teleports just makes me invisible. If I'm wrong just comment so I can let others know this isnt in game yet, and I'll post a picture showing:

you should probably get the KI at the telepoint before teleporting
