How can I get Windower to launch XILauncher?

I've tried what the Wiki here (https://wiki.dspt.info/index.php/Config ... our_Client) suggests

But the xiloader element does not load. So then I have to run it separately which means I have to access it through a command prompt and all sorts of things and it's quite muddy. Windower I can at least turn into a simplified shortcut if I could get it to run the exe when it loads like the wiki suggests.

Any ideas? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

place xiloader.exe in the playonline directory and the most recent version of windower will work now
