Item missing in DB

I get error Item missing in DB but the item is listed in the DB, how do I fix this please.
additem Error Item <#> not found in Database.

reload the item tables from the .sql scripts.

Still giving me the Error even it shows it in the DB.

make sure its in all the right tables.
item_armor
item_basic
item_weapon
item_mods
item_latents

Ok what I might been missing is Item_basic and Item_latents

Ok that fixed the error, Thank you, now get to have fun, changing the drops on NM's but place what wher is key for ppl to kill. Gotta make worth the kill.
