I don't think this goes here but, is there a way to remove "Wait for JP midnight" from the server emulator altogether?

I'd imagine that'd break stuff, so I'll answer "yes but you'll have to rip out or disable probably quite a few things"

I wish all the JP midnight code was put in one utility function, but I don't think that's the case..

so you'd probably have to go through and disable them on a case by case basis
