cannot create accounts

So I have finally gotten the server set up. I am hosting server and playing on same machine. the three servers start.
AShita V2 connects to my server. however when I go to create account it does not create the account. Can someone please point me in the right direction to delete/add/edit a script somewhere. I have been searching the forum on this for about a day and found nothing. im not to bad at editing scripts. I just cant find what I need to edit in either my dsp folder or in navicat/visual studio

The loader to connect to private servers that comes with Ashita v2 has the ability to create new accounts. You should be prompted when you first connect to the server with no account info or invalid account info to create an account.

sorry for my delay in reply. Walking dead had gotten the best of lol. I just noticed while trying with putting in invalid information or no information that the game server had not gotten past loading zones.

Sounds like you have other issues then

so I figured out my issue the password wasn't long enough lol *facepalm* . so when I created a character and try to zone into mog house I get stuck at downloading data until it disconnects.
