Search server woes

So recently my public IP address changed. Somehow this has made my search server unusable. None of the server side settings changed other than updating the zoneip addresses in the zone_settings tables. Any ideas on what needs to be changed?

If it helps, since my IP keeps changing every few weeks for whatever reason my ISP sees fit, I have subscribed to a DNS service that gives me a domain name and routes it to my IP. It automatically updates so if the IP changes again, it will be reflected almost immediately on the doman. Other than these two things, nothing else has changed. I'm stumped.

Nothing happens. Oh, let me clarify. The server itself starts up fine. On the client side we cant access the ah, cant complete a /sea all, and apparently LS chat is down also

Edit: no ports have changed, the local ip hasnt changed. Searches worked fine yesterday on the exact same settings we're using today. Only things that have changed are the zone ip addresses and the outside address that players connect to. the internal structure and settings havent changed at all.

nevermind the linkshell part. they are in fact working. only the search functions themselves are non functioning.

Client = Search Failed

Server =
sqlhandle is allocating
Found 2 results, displaying 2
= = = = = = =
Type: 2 Size 76
Search group
SEARCH :: PartyID =0
SEARCH :: LinkshellID = 1
sqlhandle is allocating

00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 80 82 00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

I compiled the latest version. Typically, I will back up the old folder, pull the entire set to date, compile, update the database with a script and preserve all character data and linkshells. This time, the linkshells were messed up because I didnt exclude them, which is why they werent working in the game. However, the /sea problem was present even before updating, so it wasnt the update that killed it. In fact, I was hoping that an update would fix it. Since, I have removed the linkshells from char_inventory and from linkshells. I now have a pure black ls symbol beside my name with no ls in my inventory and am unable to name the new ls. I will make a new character later to play around with that part. But getting the AH and /sea working are my main concern right now.

it's a known issue that linkshell list doesn't work right now. /sea all was working fine for me. i haven't tried using the auction house yet

edit: the auction house list is working, but linkshell lists are broken until i can fix them

if you still can't use /sea or auction house, i'd like to see the search server output for those

Watching the search server as I type /sea all into the client and hit enter... there is no action on the search server at all. No indication that anything was even attempted.

I'm going to reset the modem and router right now to see if that makes a difference. This started after my public IP address changed this morning. I can connect from the outside and from within my own network fine. Others can join as well and are having the same issue.

EDIT: Even after restarting the modem and the router, there is no change in the search function.
