Deprecated Darkstar fourms

I just finished setting up my server (finally!). Unfortunately every time I try and create an account on another computer it says "You could not be logged in! Did you enter the right password?" I'm not even trying to log in, I'm trying to create an account....

Edit: the IP is 10.0.0.111

DSConnect-Server says something about unreadable data being sent to my server

Is here anyone who could try to log onto the server and see if it works for them? I don't know if my other PC being on the same network would affect my ability to log on.

When I use navicat to execute accounts_session.sql it says
"[Err] 1217 - Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails

you have to run accounts_parties.sql first

It gives me the same message after I run account parties

DSConnect-server.exe says [Warning] login_parse: 10.0.0.105 send unreadable data

Should I delete everything and start over?

If I erase all of the account sql files, redownload them, and rebuild them, I still get the same error.
