Stuck at downloading data error 3001

I have setup to play locally used --hairpin in command for ashita and followed all directions for setting this up. It worked before now it suddenly quits. I redid the entire server and still get the stuck at downloading data screen trying to load in the game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Disconnect and let your character time out, then login again.

I am stuck here. I can let it time out. It still sticks here and I get the 3001 error. Is it possible that Ashita is causing it or settings within ashita?

no, I meant let it timeout from the server. kill your client and let the server stay running. Then see your character disconnect from the server (from timeout, about 60 seconds is the default). Start your client and connect again
