Credit only goes to person who gets final blow

Having an issue since my last rebuild that party members that are doing any missions or pages will only get credit for the person who lands the killing blow. Interestingly enough, for example, a group of 3 in the Boyhda Tree who are doing mandy and rabbit page, the player that lands the final blow will get credit for as many people as there are in the party. Any help pointing in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
