Mission Log Issue.

Not sure how much is implemented but upon scripting several SoA missions I noticed that it is updating the log on in db enough to allow progression but not sending the log packet to the client. I dug through the code but only seemed to get it to work server side but not go through client. It seems like the code is there somethings just not working.

i'll have to take a look later (it's probably nothing huge, just a packet not being sent when it should)
