Running Multiple Clients (Boxing)

I've run into a unique issue while boxing on the dark star test server.

When I log one character out to the character select screen, it goes to the character select screen of the character still in game instead of the proper account.

IE I have two clients up. Account A and Account B

Logging out Account B places me in the character select screen of Account A


Anybody else experienced this?

The lobby server needs some love. Multi-boxing was hacked in and not really done in the proper way.

Try logging 1 char into the game at a time. I've only seen problems like 1 in a 100 times. Very rarely.

I experienced this without dualboxing. I logged out of Zedingo, hit Select Character, and instead of Zedingo, I see Kegs, who had already been logged in for a bit. I didn't try to log in though, not knowing what kind of havoc I may wreak.

Another thing I have noticed when boxing is your macro palettes get overwritten when you zone.

I started making both my macro palettes the same on my two characters to avoid trouble.


But both characters end up on the same book as which ever character was logged in first. (haven't tested extensively though)

Like if I have character 1 on book 1 for warrior macros, and character 2 on book 2 for thief macros, upon zoning both characters would be on book 1 and any changes I made just to book 2 on account 2 would not be saved.
