Lure Of The Wildcats

Does anyone know if this quest where u do something for the mercenaries to teleport u to whitegate works?

Since i know there are problems with the mhaura boat thats suppose to take u to al zambie after u have gotten the boarding permit from a quest called
"The Road To Aht Urhgan"

Last I checked only jueno's verison worked. I know for sure as for 2 weeks ago that windurst is not done.

I only did Jeuno, so unless someone else has done another, that should be the only one. The time investment makes it a little daunting.
