Crash on level up

My fiance and I both started playing together and we seem to crash whenever we view the level up animation. We're both running GTX 670s on Windows 7 64 bit. I'm running on a fresh installation with the most recent patch from S-E.

Any idea what the issue is? Anyone else experiencing this?

EDIT: Just appeared to happen when she used Mighty Strikes, so it appears to be an issue with certain animations?

Sounds like a possible client/server version mismatch. Are your clients up to date?

Yes, I've done a file check and even logged into FFXI just to be certain.

EDIT: Sorry forgot to specify, this is on the Test server and not the classic server.

EDIT2: Determined to be an issue with my display driver, updated to latest version, problem still persists.

EDIT3: Breakthrough! We found two possible solutions to what we determined was an issue with our graphics cards. The first being turning on the graphics stabilizer option in the FFXI config menu. Secondly turning off shadows also appears to work. Feel free to delete this post if you see fit, gonna leave it here just incase others run into this issue as well.

my brother had this problem as well. turning off shadows/weather fixed it for him
