DRK's Scythe skills messed up. At lvl 14 cap should be 45 while its 27

DRK appears to have Rank1 scythe skill in the database, which should check out to be 45 cap against EM+. There's no other reports for skills being off, so this might be tricky to pin down.

Well, that was unexpected. I hit the same 27 cap (0.1 skill up, blue text on skill screen) at L12. Proper cap should have been 39. Leveling to 13 when that mob died removed the blue text, however. @changejob drk 12 did not return the text, and allowed me to skill up again.

I'd report the full details on bugs.dspt.info. Something more than "the cap is wrong." There's definitely shenanigans somewhere.

Just got it again with different weapon. DRK lvl31 Axe skill capped at 51 tho should be 92

Edit Also DRK lvl 31 dagger capped at 49 tho should be 79.
So yea, somethings really wrong.

Bug 20 may have been involved. I "capped" on a Stroll Sapling (L8 cap, mob is 7-10), so that more or less explains my encounter. Calamity hasn't provided any details, so I can't be certain there.
