The ??? for The Chains that Bind us won't spawn anymore.
I was able to spawn them once, had to zone them and since then the ??? won't spawn anymore.

Is nobody going to solve this? I'm having the same issue, and I can't figure out why it's not working.

I did run into a simillar issue, where Dynamis Win ???'s weren't spawning anymore. Never bothered to say anything, I just changed the way the win was handed out, by making them all like Beaucedine. Kill the Boss, get key item/win onmobdeath. lol didn't think it was that big of a deal.
