Multiple Players cannot enter BCNM

I just started playing around with this project again, you guys have made an amazing amount of progress since I last looked at it.
I setup a server for some family/friends and I to play on. Server ZoneIP is set to my external address. Have 2 relatives connecting from the same house and another from a different house. From a connections perspective that is 3 public IP's (including me), 4 players total connecting.
The issue I'm having with BCNM's is with the 2 players in the same house, same behavior that has been report with dual-boxing. I'm assuming that this has to do with them being behind the same public IP which is what the server is seeing.
Any work around or resolution to this?
Also an interesting bug I discovered with this. When they tried to connect only one was able to enter the BCNM, other player stuck outside frozen. Player that entered decided to just exit and the second player was then prompted to enter and successfully zoned in.
I read a couple threads that this was brought up in the past. Just thought I would see if there was something I could do to resolve this.
