A member of my server has noticed that when you die you go straight back to your home point. There's no wait time for a whm to come and raise you. Anyway I can change it?

It's a known bug, unfortunately.

Ah right thanks guys. I'm guessing there's not much point to raise or raise II

It doesn't always happen. The % chance for auto-hp does seem higher than it used to be a few months ago, though.
