Missing NPCs

So, I have noticed that many NPCs seem to have no code in the database. I have already finished the list of missing spells, so here I will go through the NPCs that are missing a lua file in the current build (last retrieved build is from 10/7/2014).

Bastok Markets:
Galienne (G - 8) Chocobo Racing Associate

Bastok Mines; Metalworks:
None found

Port Bastok:
Cheh Raihah (K - 8) (present when Bastok in first in conquest)
Dahjal (K - 8) (present when Bastok in first in conquest)
Evrain (F - 7) Quest NPC
Fo Mocorho (J - 11) Weather Checker
Mokop-Sankop (K - 8) (present when Bastok in first in conquest)
Nalta (K – 8) (present when Bastok in first in conquest)
Sugandhi (G - 7) Merchant

The retail client is updating now and adding more, so you may want to wait a bit. :P

Is this why Outpost warp npc's are missing also?

When client updates happen, DSP's content and npc information does not align properly with what retail has. (That is, if the zone got more npcs or things got changed for that zone.) So in some cases, certain monsters will spawn with the incorrect information and land up needing to be fixed in the database.

gedads is usually the one to do this as he recaps the zones and submits the updated information as he goes from zone to zone.

If there are missing npcs, that could also be due to us not having any prior information on the npc or it is marked to not spawn.
